I like it very much.
The nose is green apple.
Dry and refreshing throughout.
It's 60% polished, but there is no bitterness.
Are you sure it's 60%? I think.
The back label states that the sake is for seafood.
I drank it with some salted fish.
The fishy smell of salted fish is mitigated deliciously.
I think it fits well.
I love Aomori's sake, called Tazhu.
