I heard from bouken that you can compare Okura at Asano Sake Shop in Hamamatsucho, so I went there.
The sake tasting set was only 30ml, so I ordered 45ml of the three peculiar types of Shinriki.
The first aroma was like Shaoxing sake with a hint of sourness.
