I passed by the Kuryu Sake Brewery when I was in Sasebo, and I was happy to see them again here 😄. I knew there was a connection 🤔. Refreshing aroma of new sake Slightly carbonated and crisp Slightly sweet with a thick mouthfeel Karasumi (dried mullet roe) to go with the sake When I looked at the menu, I couldn't help but order the karasumi (dried squid) 😂. It's my favorite so I couldn't resist 🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭. It's sticky, rich and very tasty! Beautiful sake and good snacks👍 I'm so happy!
