@Japanese Sake BAR Sake Iki Shin Garyu This sake was made by the bar's master, who asked a young brewer at the Homare Sake Brewery to make this sake (specifying the yeast and sake quality). The initial aroma is fruity and sweet. I have not been told the details, but it is said that two types of yeast from Fukushima are used. It has a juicy sweetness with a hint of sourness in the mouth. It was quite delicious 🍶✨️ When I told the master that it didn't taste like Fukushima, he told me that even the brewer of Homare Sake Brewery told him that the quality of sake was totally different from ours. Even though it's a small batch, they have about 10 more cases in stock in four-pack bottles 😉. The master is a sake geek just like the rest of us sake drinkers, and he told us all about the sake of Fukushima 😊.
