This sake has a soft taste with a sweet ginjo aroma 😃.
However, the impression of the Jyushiyo Junmai Daiginjo-shu I had earlier is still vivid and I can't help but feel it's one rank lower 🤔😢.

Hi Jay & Nobby😃I haven't encountered a Junmai Daiginjo of Jyushiyo in a long time... I encountered a similar sake to this one at a regular appreciation event at a familiar restaurant in front of Corona Disaster, but it closed in 2022. The sake was so good that I cried 😢 as the faces of the staff overlapped with the deliciousness of the sake.
