Before my business trip, I found a 4-pack of Hanamup at a liquor store I sometimes go to, so I bought it for the first time in a while!

When I remove the aluminum cover and open the bottle, the sound of the bottle opening is... silent 😅.

The top aroma is melon to peach.
What's that? It may be surprisingly subdued.
When I drank it, I found it to be sweet and delicious.
Like Kamitachika, it is not too gorgeous, but just the right amount.
The umami flavor is well developed, just like Omachi.
I would like to try drinking it warmed.
The acidity is very restrained.
Today we paired it with pork marinated in miso.
The sweet umami matched the sweetness of the miso🙆
Sake was good after a week's absence 😆.

Hana Yuu's Omachi is delicious ❣️ I think it was less sweet overall this year 🤔 but still sweet enough for me 😁.
