Mitsutake Handmade Junmai Sake
Koji is made in a traditional way called "Hako-Koji" so that only the pure flavor of the rice can be tasted!
According to a Google search, it is characterized by its mellow, richly delicious flavor and fruity aroma!
But maybe it was because I drank it after Nokomi's Tokujun, I felt it was too dry for me!
The brewery recommends drinking it at room temperature or lukewarm, which is what I would like to do next time I have the chance to drink it!
