A sales person was there during the Echigo-Tsurukame Fair, so I asked him about some questions and tried this one.
I drank the same one as Ao 😁.
The other bottles were available at most of the stores in the Kansai area, so I decided to try Koshigo-Tsurugame, which is only available in the Kansai area during the fair.
The rice is Misato Nishiki. It is rare for a brewery outside of the prefecture to use it, isn't it?
It is a medium-fermented, unfiltered, fire-aged sake.
It is fresh and a little gassy.
Fruity, rich sweetness and acidity. It was very tasty.
I've been searching for EPISODE 2.4 and all I find are blue labels, what's the difference 🤔.
