This time I checked in with this sake that I finished drinking on New Year's Eve ✅.
Shinshu Kamerei Mari label!
And since it's 2024, it's the Year of the Dragon label!
I can no longer say that I missed the opening of the bottle...
I can't even remember where I bought it anymore!
I think it might be the longest record even though I kept it refrigerated 🤔.
By the way, I couldn't buy 2025 😞.
I was rather afraid to open the bottle 🍶 because I was worried about the taste.
But it's still delicious 😋.
When I drank it, I thought "what? but the fruity taste is still there as always 😊.
The balance of sweetness and refreshing taste is very delicious! I think I like Shinshu Kamerei's Yamae Nishiki the best.
But...drink sake as soon as you buy it!
Especially if it's unfiltered unpasteurized sake!
