I had been holding out since the day I brought it to you and finally opened the bottle.
The slight sweetness sinks in slowly. It is relaxing.
It will be a must-have sake for next season.

I'm jealous of the raw sake as I could only buy the fire-roasted "Hana-buki" 🤣.
