This is the March Hanpukai. This is the first Chiyomusubi in a long time. I was prepared for it to be dry again, but it was easy to drink.
And because it is a strong sake, I thought it would be suitable for heating sake, but it is delicious cold.
It's full-bodied and fruity.
It changed my concept of Chiyomusubi. I will try heated sake as well 😉.
The fourth picture is the Ten Tamama Udon Noodle Soba from Arai Kohei Noodle Factory in Takayama on Sunday 😋.

Good morning, @Mizuhashi. 😊
Are you a udon and soba duo? 😋.
Tempura udon and boiled egg looks so fresh!
It looks 😂.

Hello, Hanapin 😃.
Here you choose the number of balls, then you choose your combination from Udon, Kishimen, or Soba, choose raw, half-boiled, or boiled egg, and choose whether you want the sauce on top or separate. Two eggs for udon and soba, half-boiled, 670 yen I believe, and the soba is hidden in tempura.

Good evening, @Mizuhashi 😃
I remember drinking it for the first time on a trip to the Chugoku region 2 years ago 😋 and my assumption that Tottori sake = dry sake 🍶 was overturned 🤗I wish I could go on another sake trip!

Good morning, Jay & Nobby!
Last year too, the hanpukai March was Chiyomusubi no konoki junmai. It was super dry 😭
I'm sure Tottori and Shimane have a lot of good sake too, so a sake trip sounds like fun ☀.
