Hanamup's Sake Mirai.
Since I only have a bottle and can't keep it at home, I decided to have it standing 🍶.
The exterior is clear crystal.
The aroma is very pleasant ginjo aroma with fresh yellow apple, pear, and other sweet and gorgeous atmosphere. ☺️
When the temperature rises, there is also a faint scent of rice with a hint of koshinko (rice powder).
On the palate, it starts with sweetness mixed with sourness, followed by a light, round acidity that passes through the nose and finishes with a sharp edge.
It has a strong flavor, yet it is light and mellow, making it very delicious 😊.
I found it to be a good sake with a very fine aroma and taste.
It's a great sake, and I'm sure it's only because I studied under Tatsugoro Takagi of Jyushidai.
This will run out quickly in a four-pack bottle, so a one-pack bottle might be the right choice 😁.
I'd like to drink it at home, so I'd like to see a few more Yongou bottles 🥲.

Aladdin, good evening 🦉.
Sake Mirai drinking comparison sounds delicious 😻I kind of like Hanamup, but this year I'm only going to drink the four-pack 💦I hope all of them will be released in four-pack bottles😊.

Good evening, Pon 😃.
Personally, I think Sake Mirai is a sake rice that can change a thousand ways depending on the brewer's design, so I believe the flavor can vary quite a bit from brewery to brewery 🍶.
I'd like to see not only Suidama and Ryoseki but also Hanayuup in four-pack bottles 🥺.
