The sweetness and spiciness is medium. The alcohol content is 17%, which makes it even drier.
The ginjo aroma is fresh, and the aroma and flavor of the sake must. Good balance of umami and bitterness, medium body shuwa shuwa kire😋😋😋😋
It is also great lukewarm after the gassiness has worn off.
