It is sweet and aromatic! It has a flavor of rice and barley.
The alcohol taste is quite strong.
The back of the bottle shows that the alcohol content is 20-21%.
The umami is a complex mixture of flavors.
After it expands softly, there is a rich acidity like Yamahai with a touch of bitterness.
It does not linger any longer and then recedes.
So it is surprisingly drinkable like a liqueur, but you can never be too careful.
It has a peculiar taste and is delicious.
