Drinking party at Mukonin Toya in Kokubuncho, Sendai City.
The third drink was Amami Junmai Daiginjo Akaban Omachi!
It was a very nice wine!
And it was served in a wine glass!
It was wonderful!
I had never heard of Choshu Sake Brewery before. I have never heard of Choshu Sake Brewery," said one of our customers! So they welcomed a female toji, Ms. Miki Fujioka, to the brewery and explained that they make delicious sake (laugh).
(Laughs) The client's eyes widened and she laughed, "Mr. Kumagai, why don't you change your job? (laugh).
No, he said, "All Tenbi sake is delicious!
Please go to the various local sake stores in Sendai, find one and try it! I was a salesman for Amami (laugh).
Take a sip.
Ah, the delicious sweetness spreads.
It has a more robust flavor than Isobojiman's special honjozo, but it is not harsh, and the beautiful taste spreads in the mouth.
But the strong taste of chawanmushi-like steamed egg custard with tomatoes and cheese does not overpower it, and the umami taste increases even more.
It was very delicious!
Back to you!

Good evening, Mr. Kumagai.
I often see Yamaguchi's Tenbi at Sake no Wasa, so it was one of the sakes I wanted to try, but I learned a lot 😊.
Great marriage of food and sake ✨.
All of your photos are wonderful 🤩.
