Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix㉓
Sanzen Sakura, a company that seems to have taken root in Hokkaido.
I found out later that the guy in the booth was the president of the company 😅.
We drank
Normal sake R class direct draft raw sake
Nanatsuboshi, Polishing ratio 65%, Alcohol 16%.
Sake made from Nanatsuboshi is rare, isn't it? The pamphlet given at the event mentioned that they also use comet, but when I searched, only Nanatsuboshi came up 🤔.
The fire-brewed version of this was sold for about 1300 yen, so this one should be about the same. I think it's a very good cospa 🤔It's fresh, sweet and tasty. It tastes so good you would never think it was aluzo-sweetened.
Junmai Daiginjo Comet 45 Naokumi Nama Sake
Alcohol 16%.
This is also sweet, gorgeous, fruity, and extremely delicious!
I know it's delicious, but there are only a few stores that carry it and it's far away, so I haven't been able to buy it.
