After opening the bottle, no aroma is detected. When you put your nose close to it, you can smell a slight cemedine-like odor.
The color is a very light amber. It is clear and beautiful.
In the mouth, there is no sense of cemedine, and it soaks in smoothly. A vague sweetness oozes out of the flavor. I wonder if it is the sweetness of rice 🤔.
There was a sourness in the first bite, but I didn't feel it from the third sip. Strange.
The mouthfeel is smooth and translucent. It is like this that permeates the whole body 😚.
The feeling of a smooth taste in the mouth after swallowing is very sake-like and satisfying. ⤴️
It is classic and not flashy, but not flirtatious. I could feel the accumulated time and dignity of sake brewing 🍶.
