Hirakou Sake Brewery's Hidakami, which I got hooked on this year. This is their seasonal sake, Kasumishu!
We were told that it is a sake that goes well with fish, so we paired it with grilled salmon. The taste is not nigori, but rather a little less sweet than the other sake, which is called "kasumi," or "sake with a hint of sweetness. It is not nigori, but rather kasumi, which means it is not too sweet, but you can still taste the rice flavor and it is easy to drink, so you will not get tired of drinking it.
I like this sake as much as Nanabonjari and Garakudai among dry sake.
It was a taste that I am looking forward to this season as well.

I had a bottle of Hidakami Kasumishu earlier this year and I remember it tasted even better with a meal 😋.
