勉強中I opened a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei that my wife bought for me in line in the morning in the winter 😊 The color is a little yellowish, but I was again impressed by the original very soft mouthfeel of Kamerei. It has a great balance of sweetness, umami and acidity with a good amount of gas. The last time I drank Miyamanishiki, it was a little different from what I imagined, but this one tastes just like I imagined and is very delicious 😋.
