High acidity, slightly grassy 🧐 umami strong dry taste, firmly accept the bone ball of the sake brewing power. Pair it with yellowtail teriyaki tomato sauce 🍅 for a refreshing taste 😋. Warmed up the next day, about 43 degrees. It's got a lot of umami. Good acidity too😋.
