Purchased at the Bodaihashi Festival at Shorekiji Temple.
A very popular local brand of Mimorosugi with kanji characters.
The label is also a monk's monk sake, so it must have two monks holding their palms together.
Sake made with Shoreki-ji's Bodai yeast has a sticker on it.
It is served at room temperature.
The color is so dark that you can see yellow.
The aroma of the top is a unique and indescribable aroma of Bodhi yeast.
There was an expression that it smelled like burnt brown rice.
There is also an aroma of maturity.
On the palate, there is sweetness, but it is more acidic than that.
The sweet acidity that you can feel on your tongue is impressive.
The addictive acidity that tightens after swallowing can also be felt, albeit in a subdued way.
The impact is not so strong, but it is a solid Bodhidashi.
