Tonight we will have Kamoshiki, one of my favorite brands these days. It is relatively new, Tsukihaku, and I was looking forward to it.
Expectations are high for the elegant and refined ginjo aroma typical of Kamonishiki. Laughter
It has a smooth and clear taste, and it has less miscellaneous taste. The aftertaste is dry and crisp.
It has no habits and is a good choice as a sake for eating among Kamonishiki.
I paired it with seasonal kibinago.
