The first Yoshida Kura u
The mouthfeel is gassy and soft with sweet acidity, but later on comes a firm umami that is typical of Yamahai, which I thought was quite interesting.

I like it too. I was going to buy some from Ishikawa Prefecture and bring them home, but I was told that if I fly, the air pressure might cause them to pop open, so I decided against it.
