Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture, using No.7 yeast. Nagano Nagano. The aroma of peach and creaminess on the top of the nose is similar to that of Kinuhikari. The taste is very gentle and fluffy without being too assertive. After the previous Yamadaho, it is a little lacking.
