This is Miyazumi's Fukunoka, a limited edition of this season's fresh sake! This is the first time I have had it in about two years!
The berry aroma is gorgeous, followed immediately by a moderate bitterness, but the final taste is tangy, sharp, and has a short aftertaste. The sweetness and umami come out with each successive saké (cup).
It is much more gorgeous than the last time I drank it, and it is outstandingly delicious.
