This is one of the bottles recommended by the liquor store, Jyosu Mori. It has a bread-like aroma and a blurry feel that is probably unfiltered. Whoa, this is a strange sensation. On the palate, the taste is rich and dense, but after swallowing, the impression changes to a lighter one. I was told that this sake is not made in three stages, but in one. Sake really has a lot of depth, doesn't it?
