My wife bought me a bottle of Kawanakajima Genmai🍶 on a trip to Nagano, the first precious brand I've ever had, including eating out: ☺️
It has a muscat-like aroma and tastes fruity and sweet, but it's not just a modern sake, you can also taste the umami of the rice 🌾, yet it's not too heavy, not sticky, and has a good sharpness.
There is no bitterness or other unpleasant taste at all.
It is a bottle, and since I was on a business trip, I drank it slowly over the course of a month, but even though it is unfiltered, it is always delicious!
