I'm the type of person who likes to eat my favorite foods in the second half of the year, so I left the Yamae Nishiki🌾 out of the two Yamasan 2-year aged varieties.
If I have fun, I'll open it.
The aroma is rummy, grapefruit, and softly sweet malted rice?
Chilli shuwa when you include it! The rice is sweet and rich, with a sizzling acidity that ends with a slight bitterness.
Mellow, calm, roundness and chili freshness coexist...amazing!
Delicious even after a few days.
Fluffy sweetness and light bitterness - clean and tight. Come to think of it, it may not have the same Mori🌳 feeling (?) that I always get from Yamazan's Yamae Nishiki. I always feel that the forest🌳feeling(?) that I always feel in Yamazan🌳 Nishiki is not so much.
The unaged version is the same, but the Hitogokochi is a bit more sharp and bitter. Yamae Nishiki is softer and fluffier and sweeter.
Both were delicious✨.

Good evening, Kotaro 😃.
I'm the type of person who leaves the quail eggs and kikurage mushrooms until the last 😅.
Yamasan-san is always good anyway, whether it's the first or the last one 🤗.

Hi Jay & Nobby, ☀️ quail eggs and kikurage mushrooms, I know 🤣 I'd love to have them last 😋.
It really was a delicious Yamazan after all, first or last ☺️ Thank goodness for brands that don't deviate too much from our tastes no matter what we drink 🙌
