Ginjo Shiboritate Unfiltered Nama Sake
Junmai Ginjo Nigori Sake Silky Wave
Jyudaijime is a good, gorgeous sake.
I avoided unfiltered nama sake because it came in a can, but it was delicious.
I imagined the nigori sake to be spicier, but it was silky and delicate.
This is the 10th generation of the brewery! I also took a picture of the brewery's toji (master brewer).
