Sake from Shinshu, from my fridge at home, Zenkichi.
Perhaps if I hadn't been drinking from other streams, I would have felt the freshness of this or something more, but for a few days I had a series of fruity, light, sweet sake, so Zenkichi felt classical to me.
Of course it was refreshing and delicious...
Finally, the cherry blossoms in our neighborhood went from being in full bloom to beginning to fall.

I am surprised that Zenkichi-san feels classical 😳 and it is a raw sake! Light sweet fruity Shinshu sake is amazing ✨.
