Sawanoi's seasonal sake for January. A new ginjo sake.
The name is said to read "Nii-shibori" (new sake).
It had an elegant and elegant aroma and a fresh taste.
It should be served cold, but for some reason I tried heating it up.
I heated it to about 35 degrees Celsius, which was just right.
