Since I came to Kyushu, I thought I would try to drink as much Kyushu sake as possible! Two of you, kuropiso-san and Namokka-san, ordered this! I was curious about this green bottle, so I was added to the list! Right in the strike zone! It is a fire-brewed sake, but it is fresh and juicy! We finished it in no time at all! I liked this place so much that I will visit again today! They are full, so they will call me when they are open! In the meantime, I'll post the sake we drank yesterday! @Takashi the Connoisseur knowledge of what I know and what I can do Yeast No. 10, which is characterized by its gorgeous ginjo aroma, is used in this sake. It has a fruity ginjo aroma like muscat and apple, and is as juicy as its aroma. It has a fruity acidity and a fresh sweetness reminiscent of apple nectar, making it a refreshing sake with an excellent flavor profile. It is a fire-brewed sake, but its freshness and freshly harvested feel is one of the quintessential characteristics.
