I opened a bottle of Tamitsu's new variety that has been on repeat for a while now.

A bottle with a fresh aroma and a refreshing grapefruit-like acidity!
It was delicious cold after opening the bottle, but after a few days at room temperature, the acidity was lessened and the flavor was more pronounced!
Rice polishing ratio: 55% (100% sake brewing rice produced in Mie Prefecture)
Alcohol content: 15%.
