Chose this one to go with the sea bream👍
The nose has an alcoholic and apple-like aroma.
In the mouth, there is a hint of sweetness and umami, as well as acidity. Finally, there is a light bitterness and a grain-like taste.
Serve with simmered sea bream. Although there is not much fat on the fish, it goes well with this sake 😋.
Next, I paired it with some yellowtail sashimi. It also goes well with this. Maybe it's the time of year, but it has a good amount of fat and the sake's delicious flavor spreads in your mouth. This is also delicious 😍.
