This year, there was no orikarami red.
I cooled it down and enjoyed the change in temperature. When the temperature rises a little, the sweetness and gasiness increase. It was as if a sleeping child woke up.
I have a feeling that it will be opened tomorrow with a bang 😄.

I too have a copy of "True White" sitting in my cellar waiting for the right moment to open it ✨.
I'm planning to open it in September 🤔.
I think it would be better to keep it chilled 🥶.

I opened the bottle today for the second day shpon. Last year, I believe, the bottle was automatically opened in the fridge, so the yankiness has matured a bit 😃.
