Happy New Year!
The first sake of the year was "Mimuro Sugi" last year.
It has been a long time since I have tasted "Mimuro Sugi". It has little acidity, a slight effervescence, and is crisp and full of flavor.
No doubt about it...it is delicious.
This year is going to be another good year...

Happy New Year! It was certainly not like Mimuro cedar, like the pizzazz~.
It was very flashy.
Anyway, my father-in-law was happy at the beginning of the year, so it was a good thing 😄.

I visited Nara-machi at the end of last year for an overnight stay on a trip to enjoy Nara's sake. I was knocked out by all the great sake.
I was knocked out lol. This was the sake I bought at that time 😄.
