Kimoto Jungin🍶 Omachi🌾 from Okayama Prefecture Sourness unique to the sake yeast. Sourness unique to the sake yeast. It is a bit like a twisted distilled spirit. It matches with homemade satsuma-age (fried fish cakes) which would go well with shochu. If I have a chance, I would like to have it heated 🤔Tom Yam Kung Fried Rice to finish 🇹🇭 delicious 😋.
