When they call it Nigori Sake Day, you know you have to drink, even on your day off!
It's a day of respect and support for all those involved with alcohol! I can't give in to the cold eyes of my wife and children when I say that I'm doing my best to respect and support all those involved in the sake industry!
When served hiya, it is a mild, smooth and moderately nigori sake with a surprisingly sharp taste!
When heated, it tastes like an adult sweet sake or a good quality makgeolli.
I have a feeling that my wife will be upset with me for increasing the amount of sake we keep in our house!
I was skeptical when I tried it hot after reading Jay & Nobby's and Hiraccio's posts, but I was surprised to find that it certainly tastes better when heated!
I'll have to try heating sake when I drink nigori in the future!

You opened it on a nigori day as you declared 👍 I cried at your all out argument 😆.
Hot sake is delicious 😋 I think I understand makgeolli 😊.

Good evening, Mr. Hiraccio!
I never had the idea of drinking nigori sake warmed up, so I learned a lot from you, thank you!
It makes the rice taste sweeter and more delicious, doesn't it?

Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
I passionately insisted that this is not an excuse, this is an argument generated by my enthusiasm and spirit, but I was surrounded by cold stares that reminded me of the coldest wave of the year.
