I've wanted to try Manotsuru for a long time.
The rice is Gohyakumangoku.
It has a gentle mouthfeel and a gorgeous apple-like ginjo aroma. The taste is mature and sweet. The taste is sharp and disappears quickly.
I've drunk all of the breweries on Sado Island, but I don't remember the taste of Kitayuki, so I'd like to try it again.
