This sake is bad, too good! I usually drink Kaze no Mori and other sake with the expectation that it will be good, and it is insanely delicious, but this one is beyond my imagination. I thought this sake was like a thick honey-like liquor that elegantly but vigorously enters the mouth like a violin and disappears beautifully, it is hard to describe.
It seems to be a combination of shochu and sake. It was so delicious that I was bringing the glass to my mouth quite often, and my husband told me, "That's 19% alcohol," ....... That's dangerous!
I had it with takikomi gohan (rice cooked with sea bream), fried horse mackerel, and horse mackerel sashimi!

I also got half of it and the rest is still in storage 🎵.
I know 💦 it tastes so good that I drink it in one gulp, but be careful because it's high in alcohol 😁.
