Delicious! Another of the more watery sakes but again not in a bad way, gives it a refreshing lightness and rainwater essence. Melon overtones and some slight spiciness. Enjoyed with oysters, scallops, calamari, chicken and shishito peppers, all grilled on my small outside grill.
