I feel like there are still some things to do, but I'm done for now, so I should drink..!
Today we're having a crab casserole, so I thought it must be heated!
So I asked my favorite liquor store if they had any good sake for heating up, and they recommended this one!
Aged sake, something like this... sounds interesting, doesn't it?
Of course, I warmed it up, and set the temperature at 45 degrees Celsius, and tried it first
Yes, it's good! It's good...
It has a certain sense of maturity, but it's not too sharp, and you can feel the full flavor of rice.
The aftertaste is a little tingling, but it's nice!
