Masaaki Sapporo
9 points (wife: 8.5 points)
Rice used: "Aizan" from Hyogo Prefecture
Polishing 55
Alcohol 16-17%.
Seller: Jizake Shop Jozo (Nishi-ku, Sapporo)
Shupon when opened
Moderate gassiness
Slight melon and muscat-like overtones
The same fruity aroma as the first rise, a full but not strong sweetness and a mild rice umami, which spreads out with a slightly assertive acidity and a slight bitterness, leaving a lingering aroma of rice malt.
The aroma of the peritoneal and hikake is good, and the sweet acidity is characteristic, giving the overall impression of cleanliness.
It is easy to match with meals, and of course, it is delicious on its own.
It went well with the lemon steak bowl.

Hi Masaaki Sapporo 😃.
I would like to drink it because sweet and sour is my favorite 😊.
I myself have not encountered Aizan in any way, which makes me more curious.
If nothing else, I like the idea of pairing it with a steak bowl ✨.

Hi Masaaki Sapporo 😃
Mida-san's braffes are not too sweet and we like them too 😋The standing figure taken outside is very dignified ‼️
Lemon 🍋steak 🥩 looks delicious 😍.

Jay & Nobby, good evening 🌙 tonight will be served with Hakata-style Mizutaki 🍶 I had lemon steak in Sasebo with disappointing results, so I sometimes make it myself, but it is delicious 🍖.
