I was going to go through with it since I drank it last year, but I bought it when I heard that the rice had changed.
Hinamataru is like a new rice rice from Saga.
Slightly gassy. It has a fruity sweetness and a bit of bitterness. The taste is typical of Kibotsuru, and even though the rice has changed, it is still as good as ever.
