Hakuryu Junmai Ginjyo Dry Light Nigori
This is my first time to drink Hakuryu😊.
The label has a cool and refreshing design like a summer sake👍.
Just hearing that it's a cross between Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku and brewed with Hakusan's famous water is enough to raise my expectations⤴️.
So, let's get started!
The mouthfeel is smooth and soft, and it goes down the throat smoothly and lightly.
I can't get enough of the sourness and bitterness that only nigori can bring 😊.
The sharpness is also excellent👍
It's a summer sake with a clear and dry core.
It goes great with dashimaki tamago (egg) wrapped in mentaiko (cod roe) with nori (seaweed) 👍〜〜〜〜〜👍
