Nf bapak
It has a clean, medium or slightly dark flavor with a hint of bitterness. It is brewed with 70% polished rice, which is a high percentage of unpolished rice, but there is none of the complexity, harshness, or peculiarity that can be found in such sakes, and I think it is brewed well and beautifully.
My wife and I tried a few and decided that it would be a good choice since it is low in alcohol content. But when I looked at it, it was 17%...?
