I visited the Daikagami Shrine in Nara, which is dedicated to the god of sake.
I stopped by the Sanomorosugi store on the approach to the shrine and bought a bottle of Hiyayogoshi on the day it was released!
We had it immediately that day😄.
Gentle sweetness spreads at the entrance, with a slight gassiness in the second half. The acidity comes on strong and leaves nicely with a lingering sweetness. Brilliant perfection.
Very easy to drink🍶.
The alcohol content is 13%, so it is not spicy and can be drunk easily.
My husband and I finished it in no time 💦.
This was really good and I hope everyone will try it. ❣️

I'm very curious to try the Sanomorosugi because I haven't had it yet🎵.
I would love to get some if I come across it ✨.

Hi Hirupeco, good evening😄Thank you for your comment. Yes, I did! I didn't expect to be able to get it on the day it was released 😅I was only going to buy the standard Junmai Ginjo, but I'm glad I did. It's too delicious and I'm really glad I bought it. ❣️
