Tonight, since it's the weekend, I'm going to stick it out and devote myself to a drinking contest.
I'm going to compare my favorite Masayo's - Hiyori - direct pumped and bagged ✨✨✨✨.
First, let's start with the straight kumi.
When I opened the bottle, I felt a little gas escape. The aroma was clean and mild, with flavors of apple, melon, and muscat. The taste has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, but the overall quality of the sake is beautiful, and it disappears without any tanginess or tugging. Hats off to Masayo-san every time 😋😋😋😋😋.
