We had a bottle of Tenmei "Nakadori Sangou" Junmai Namaishu.
I bought a bottle with Hirotogawa Nigori as I did last year 😊Gonoi-san, you are the best ✌.
The nose has a hint of sourness and sweetness.
In the mouth, the strong aroma is reminiscent of muscat, with a strong hint of sweetness and refreshing acidity, which is quickly followed by a slight bitterness that comes out towards the end of the bottle.
Yummmm, delicious!
When the lees are involved, the lactic acidity comes out and the umami flavor increases, and the balance of umami sweetness and acidity improves 😊It is definitely more delicious when the lees are involved!
There are several Tenmei's in this series, but when I choose one based on your review, I somehow end up with Sanggo as my favorite (lol).
