Sake store "Yushuya" (Kiyota-ku, Sapporo)
Sweet topping aroma with a hint of green melon and white peach.
When the bottle was opened, there was a slight pusher, but no gassy feeling.
The mild, fruity aroma felt on the first sip, the sharp (when the bottle is opened) umami of rice, and a discreet sweetness spread out,
The soft acidity gives it a bittersweet flavor, and it finishes quickly, leaving the aroma of rice behind.
A little rough, but a beautiful impression of sake.
On the second day, the roughness that was felt when the bottle was first opened has been removed, and it has mellowed.
It went well with tonkatsu (pork cutlet), fried oysters, and karaage.
